In the course taught by Professor Cyro Barretto, the final exam required an analytical study of the Quality Management of a specified Corporation and then compare and contrast that Corporation with the organization in which you work. I studied the Mid-America Transplant Services. The attached article highlights the lessons which Northeastern Conference can learn from the Mid-America Transplant Services and my role in improving the quality of service provided by the workers of my Conference.
