The SWOT analysis of Northeastern Conference revealed church\nbuilding deficiencies as a weakness. The building summit is a strategic move to\nalleviate that problem and make it into a strength.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Northeastern Conference disburses over a million\nUS dollars every year to settle litigations regarding risk management related\nissues and building violations. My department and the Building Department of\nthe Conference have teamed up to host the first building symposium in\nNortheastern Conference on April 14, 2019.
