I was considered the curriculum\nleader of the school. I organized and conducted professional development\nworkshops for the faculty and staff on a regular basis. Some of the workshops\nwere designed to assist teachers in completing their certification and thus become\nprofessionals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>My present church envisions establishing a center of influence to train the church members and the community to become professionals in holistic health care. We are at the planning stage. We are using a SWOT analysis in the deliberations to determine the viability of this project.
