The course,\nCorporate Finance<\/strong>, was very instructive. Dr. Kontour <\/strong>explored a\nrange of corporate models. From this course, we learned how to construct Pro\nForma Financial Statements and to calculate Cash Burn and Cash Conversion\nCycle. With this data, we can examine and predict the financial viability of a\ncorporation like Northeastern Conference Corporation. This information can be\nused by the administration to help pastors set realistic tithe goals for their\ncongregations. It can serve to inform the finance and executive committees in\nbudgeting for the corporation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I used some\nof the strategies from this course to realize one of the goals of our\nConference President, Daniel Honore. He was impressed by the services we\nreceived at LaCarlota\u2019s Sana. He wanted a Wellness Center for our Conference. I\nworked closely with the Health Department to strategize the planning. My\ndepartment (Development) raised over US $40,000 to start the Center. We cut the\nribbon on July 8, 2018 to open the first of its kind in Northeastern\nConference. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I sit on the Board of Directors for Victory Wellness Center.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
